Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support to daily manufacturing operations through troubleshooting and process optimization
• Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques to resolve operational issues
• Monitor manufacturing processes for performance indicators and operational compliance
• Partner with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality assurance, and validation to define system requirements
• Support manufacturing and quality systems including deviations, equipment qualification, and process validation
• Design and implement system modifications, experiments, and capital projects
• Collaborate with external consultants and engineering firms on design documentation
• Prepare project cost estimates, schedules, and vendor quotes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Ability to support non-standard shift operations including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (GMP/GLP)
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech processes
• Familiarity with validation processes and documentation
• Skills in technical report writing and validation protocol writing
