Engineer Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to identify and implement improvements to products, systems, and services
• Prepare technical documentation and present performance results to customers
• Communicate data and results to management through metrics and reports
• Facilitate technical projects including scheduling and resource organization
• Execute tests in labs, on machines, or in field environments
• Perform mechanic work related to the Device under Test (DUT) including assembly and disassembly
• Introduce process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and inventory management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 0 to 3 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Combination of hands-on technical and project management skills
• Ability to write technical documents
• Design knowledge of Pro-E

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a research and development or manufacturing environment
