Engineer/APE/Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform product structure analysis to ensure specifications and structures meet safety requirements and establish testing procedures.
• Review samples for compliance with international safety standards, including BSMI and IEC.
• Communicate case status and results to customers through frequent coordination and report preparation.
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel to determine testing specifications and coordinate administrative aspects of case management.
• Resolve engineering issues through product structure analysis to ensure the acceptability of changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in BSMI certification services or IECEE CB systems.
• Working knowledge of ISO 17065 and ISO 17025 standards.
• Solid knowledge and experience with IEC/EN/CNS 60335 series standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in software analysis.
• Familiarity with IEC/CNS 60335 Annex R, IEC 60730, or functional safety standards.
