Responsibilities

• Adhere to product configuration rules
• Contribute to project reports and certification documentation
• Design 3D CAD models for manufacturing using composite or metallic materials
• Develop CAD models for testing and certification activities
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and quality processes
• Evaluate materials, treatments, and production techniques for applications
• Generate Bill of Materials for production and logistics
• Identify issues and propose improvements to meet requirements
• Provide technical activity reporting, work estimates, and project tracking
• Apply lean philosophy to reduce overall costs

Requirements

• Academic background in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautics, Mechanics, or equivalent
• Experience with CAD software (CATIA, Siemens Nx, Solidworks)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proven experience in component or product development
• Knowledge of materials and production techniques
• Knowledge of structural sizing analysis techniques and concepts
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
