About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage escalated managed service customer trouble tickets from Tier 1/2 and install groups
  • Act as a primary technical escalation point for managed services customers
  • Interface with off-net carriers to drive resolution for escalated issues
  • Perform necessary adjustments to customer networks and maintain up-to-date configurations across multiple platforms
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and procedures used in normal operations
  • Serve as a technical knowledge resource for Tier 1/2 and installation teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience)
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
