About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage escalated managed service customer trouble tickets from Tier 1/2 and install groups
- Act as a primary technical escalation point for managed services customers
- Interface with off-net carriers to drive resolution for escalated issues
- Perform necessary adjustments to customer networks and maintain up-to-date configurations across multiple platforms
- Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and procedures used in normal operations
- Serve as a technical knowledge resource for Tier 1/2 and installation teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience)
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
