Engineer 1 - Engineering Operations

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize technical data related to assigned projects and present findings to engineering management
• Research technical topics to support new product implementation and existing service maintenance
• Perform event correlation, trouble isolation, and basic troubleshooting/break-fix activities
• Lead operational readiness testing and resolve basic issues uncovered during the process
• Identify requirements for instrumentation, automation, and standardization to stabilize deployed products
• Collaborate with peer operational teams on project implementation and technical research

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in an engineering or technical operations role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience)
• Strong technical data analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
