Engine Shop Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot the launch of engine shop visits for Air France and external clients as defined by central planning
• Ensure compliance with project milestones and target Turnaround Times (TAT)
• Organize and lead weekly progress meetings with Customer Support and production units
• Make critical decisions regarding material prioritization and resource allocation to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
• Identify technical, regulatory, and logistical risks and propose effective solutions
• Coordinate with external subcontractors and manage their shop visits
• Conduct post-project reviews (REX) and lead LEAN continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Bac +5 Engineering degree or Master's degree
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in English is essential
• Strong project management and transverse leadership skills
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work in a complex, highly regulated aeronautical environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically within engine maintenance (MRO)
• Knowledge of aeronautical regulations
• Experience with LEAN management methodologies
