About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, promote, and sell engine sales, leasing, repair management, and maintenance programs for PT6A engine models
- Manage budgeting, market development, and customer support
- Oversee KBA fleet engine management through True North Turbines and external vendors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and respond to RFQs/RFPs
- Prepare and present quarterly sales reports and provide weekly updates to management
- Negotiate repair contracts, volume discounts, and fixed pricing with vendors
- Develop processes for sales, leasing, and engine management within the shop environment
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of PT6 engines (repair costs, build/modification status, turn times, and vendor contracts)
- Ability to obtain Transport Canada Airport Restricted Area Pass
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical publications
- Ability to structure complex agreements for sale, lease, repair, or exchange
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
