About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform technical monitoring of aircraft engines and spare parts within the engine engineering workshop
- Launch workshop tasks and manage the technical and economic follow-up of engine projects for Air France and external clients
- Provide technical support to production teams and assist maintenance crews to ensure procedure compliance
- Capitalize on technical issues and troubleshooting to optimize maintenance processes and maintenance policies
- Monitor technical standards, manage maintenance policy settings, and draft inspection application documents
- Develop engine part repairs by leading specific technical projects
- Represent the maintenance workshops in exchanges with airline clients to ensure high-quality technical support
Requirements
- BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in Aeronautics
- Knowledge of aeronautical regulations
- Technical English proficiency (Bright level 3)
- Minimum B1 level in French
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, react quickly, and demonstrate technical curiosity

- Experience in technical troubleshooting and risk evaluation
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence decision-making through diplomacy and leadership
