Engine Engineering Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform technical monitoring of aircraft engines and spare parts within the engine engineering workshop
• Launch workshop tasks and manage the technical and economic follow-up of engine projects for Air France and external clients
• Provide technical support to production teams and assist maintenance crews to ensure procedure compliance
• Capitalize on technical issues and troubleshooting to optimize maintenance processes and maintenance policies
• Monitor technical standards, manage maintenance policy settings, and draft inspection application documents
• Develop engine part repairs by leading specific technical projects
• Represent the maintenance workshops in exchanges with airline clients to ensure high-quality technical support

Requirements

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in Aeronautics
• Knowledge of aeronautical regulations
• Technical English proficiency (Bright level 3)
• Minimum B1 level in French
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Ability to anticipate needs, react quickly, and demonstrate technical curiosity

• Experience in technical troubleshooting and risk evaluation
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence decision-making through diplomacy and leadership
