About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain installation schedules, updating them daily based on actual progress
- Align installation schedules with the master schedule in coordination with supervisors, engineers, and managers
- Perform critical path analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions
- Suggest planning scenarios and develop 3 to 6-week schedules to optimize resources and eliminate constraints
- Monitor milestones, delays, and schedule impacts, participating in meetings and supporting data-driven decisions
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Project
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in hydropower projects
