Engagements Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of 10-15 strategic engagements and tradeshows annually
• Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and onsite event execution including set-up and tear-down
• Partner across teams to ensure brand consistency and strengthen credibility
• Oversee corporate memberships, including renewals and benefit tracking
• Manage end-to-end company merchandise processes, including inventory and fulfillment
• Assist with the implementation of technology tools for tradeshow use

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience managing trade shows or conferences
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Cvent or Salesforce
• Familiarity with the national security and defense industry landscape
