Engagement Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mid-Market and Enterprise corporate vertical, managing a team of Engagement Managers and Associates
• Carry a focused book of accounts to model adoption, value, and commercial rigor
• Coach the team through standups, account reviews, and coaching sessions
• Set standards for driving value and building client success plans
• Own commercial outcomes including renewals and expansion across the vertical
• Mitigate adoption and retention risk by spotting early signals and managing difficult client conversations
• Champion AI workflows to build automation and leverage across the segment
• Hire, onboard, and develop Engagement talent while shaping team playbooks

Requirements

• 7+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or a comparable client-facing field
• At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching individual contributors
• Proven track record of owning a book of business with measurable adoption and retention
• Coaching mindset with a focus on developing early-career talent
• Fluency with AI and ability to build/automate workflows
• Deep data fluency and metrics-driven approach to account health and team performance
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence with senior clients
• Ability to work in-office 5 days per week in Farringdon, London
