About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outreach to professionals via WhatsApp, email, phone, and SMS
- Re-engage talent network members to encourage active platform participation
- Assist candidates with profile completion, including work experience and skills
- Ensure candidate profiles meet quality standards and are employer-ready
- Guide users through the introductory video submission process
- Communicate the value and benefits of the platform to potential candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and interaction notes in the database
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Genuine interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer success, or operations
- English proficiency is a plus
