Engagement & Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and SMS to re-engage professionals within the talent network.
• Assist candidates in completing and improving their profiles by guiding them through adding relevant work experience, skills, and professional preferences.
• Ensure candidate profiles meet quality standards and are employer-ready.
• Educate candidates on platform benefits and support them through the introductory video submission process.
• Answer candidate questions and provide guidance on best practices for platform engagement.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and interaction notes within the database.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer success, or operations.
• English proficiency is a plus.
