Engagement & Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and SMS to re-engage professionals within the talent network.
• Assist candidates in completing and improving their profiles by guiding them through adding work experience, skills, and professional preferences.
• Ensure candidate profiles meet quality standards and are employer-ready.
• Educate candidates on platform benefits and support them through the introductory video submission process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and interaction notes within the database.
• Answer candidate questions and provide guidance on best practices for platform engagement.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a completely remote environment.
• A genuine interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer success, or operations.
• English proficiency is considered a plus.
