Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with end-users to execute anti-piracy initiatives and resolve licensing discrepancies.
• Navigate intense pushback and handle objections to secure settlements and drive engagement.
• Perform relentless follow-ups to overcome stalled communications and force dialogue.
• Analyze telemetry and investigation data to evaluate infringement trends and build compliance cases.
• Utilize open-source intelligence and internet research to develop leads and verify unauthorized usage.
• Maintain meticulous records in CRM systems to ensure workflow efficiency and actionable reporting.

Requirements

• Proven background in Sales or Legal services.
• Native or Professional Business Fluency in English with the ability to debate complex legal and compliance concepts.
• High level of resilience and "thick skin" to handle high-stakes negotiations and emotional outbursts.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong internet research and investigation skills.
• Must currently reside in the APAC region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in License Compliance (LC) or Anti-Piracy (AP) sectors.
