Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge support for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) growing applications on Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Act as the primary contact point to establish and nurture long-term partner relationships.
• Execute structured multi-channel outreach cadences via phone, email, and social media.
• Position competitive cloud offerings and solutions based on specific customer needs.
• Collect and articulate customer feedback to the business to serve as the "Voice of Partner."

Requirements

• Proficient in Finnish and fluent in English (C1 level).
• 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer management.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Located in Málaga or willing to relocate to the area for this on-site role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365.
• Microsoft Fundamentals certification (MS Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps).
