Engagement Manager/Stream Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic workstreams within large-scale banking transformation programs
• Drive business strategy, operating model transformation, and commercial optimization initiatives
• Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
• Engage with C-suite executives and business leaders to align objectives and drive decision-making
• Structure and oversee complex analyses to ensure data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Identify risks and dependencies while proactively managing stakeholder expectations
• Support business development activities and client relationship management
• Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices in project delivery

Requirements

• 7–12 years of professional experience in management consulting, banking transformation, or corporate strategy
• Proven experience leading complex strategic initiatives and workstreams
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decision-making
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry
• Background with leading global consulting firms or strategy practices
• Experience with operating model redesign, digital transformation, or growth strategy
• MBA or advanced degree from a reputable institution
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English for client-facing engagements
• Currently based in Riyadh
