About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of digital and omnichannel media plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Define investment strategies, budget distribution, and channel selection to maximize campaign performance.
- Supervise the implementation and execution of campaigns, ensuring quality standards and digital best practices.
- Lead optimization meetings during campaign execution, monitoring results and recommending tactical adjustments.
- Manage client relationships through a consultative approach, supporting decision-making regarding media investment.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and aligned execution.
- Oversee KPI tracking and interpret results to generate actionable strategic recommendations.
- Train and develop the digital planning team in methodologies and media best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in media planning within advertising or media agencies.
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns and building omnichannel strategies.
- Strong knowledge of audiences, market research, and media consumption analysis.
- Experience in budget management and investment optimization.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing direct client relationships.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, and Google Analytics.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the programmatic advertising environment.
- Experience with Comscore, Advertmind, or similar industry tools.
