Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to scope, position, and win services work across new and existing Enterprise accounts
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and define service strategies
• Design end-to-end service offerings including implementation, managed services, training, and moderation
• Own the creation of Statements of Work (SOW), proposals, and project plans aligned to customer outcomes
• Deliver compelling executive-level presentations to position Sprinklr as a long-term strategic partner
• Manage the services pipeline and contribute to forecasting accuracy
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to implementation

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional services, solution consulting, or business development
• Track record of supporting or closing complex enterprise deals
• Strong ability to translate customer business challenges into scalable commercial solutions
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
• High ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media platforms, Customer Experience (CX), or enterprise SaaS ecosystems
