Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact onboarding for new SMB customers to ensure a quick path to value
- Use data to proactively identify and engage customers to drive product adoption
- Track usage to detect risk and manage account health through a scaled approach
- Support users when issues arise and coordinate with technical teams
- Design and refine scalable approaches to Customer Success
- Surface customer trends and collaborate with Product and Sales to shape the roadmap
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer or stakeholder-facing role (Consultancy, Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, etc.)
- Confident communicator capable of guiding customers through AI adoption
- Systematic, resilient, and motivated mindset
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in San Francisco (2-3 days per week in office)
