Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of the business-analytics roadmap in collaboration with data science and engineering teams
• Lead client workshops to articulate broad visions and solve ambiguous business problems through data science and AI
• Define business problems concisely, hypothesize solutions, and measure results against client objectives
• Liaise with customers and present solutions in unstructured and ever-changing environments
• Combine hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management
• Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities
• MBA from Top Tier B-schools preferred
• 8-10 years of professional experience in CPG or Life Sciences analytics (Consumer Behavior, Demand Planning, Pricing, Supply Analytics, etc.)
• Proven exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
• Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles
• Demonstrated client relations management experience at the C-suite or senior management level

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
• Strong project management and team management skills
• Hands-on quantitative experience with analytical tools
• Experience supporting sales and pre-sales activities
