Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tech-touch strategies to ensure hundreds of SMB customers realize value from the Profound platform
  • Own the full customer journey through automation and scaled strategies, from onboarding to driving business outcomes
  • Become an expert in the AI search space and large language models
  • Partner with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in customer success (scale/tech-touch/SMB) or as a growth-oriented product manager
  • Strong systems thinking and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with quantitative data
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in ambiguous environments
  • Experience in the search or marketing industry
