Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tech-touch strategies to ensure hundreds of SMB customers realize value from the Profound platform
- Own the full customer journey through automation and scaled strategies, from onboarding to driving business outcomes
- Become an expert in the AI search space and large language models
- Partner with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in customer success (scale/tech-touch/SMB) or as a growth-oriented product manager
- Strong systems thinking and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with quantitative data
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in ambiguous environments
- Experience in the search or marketing industry
