Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the full transformation journey, from implementation through agentic workflow adoption
• Own the revenue target for your book of business
• Build and own the change management strategy for each account
• Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about
• Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities
• Maintain tight feedback loops with Design & Engineering to drive product decisions
• Support the GM on strategic initiatives including competitive landscape and ICP refinement

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe
• Founder-mode mentality with a track record of building or selling
• AI fluency as a daily habit
• Deep product expertise and technical acumen regarding integrations and APIs
• Strong commercial instinct for identifying expansion opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High frustration tolerance and resilience

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in additional European languages
• Experience in high-growth startups, consulting, VC, IB/PE, or analytically intensive environments
• Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales cycles
• Track record of entrepreneurial activity
