Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of 45 to 55 mid-market customers
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding and implementation through driving measurable business outcomes
• Develop and execute white-glove initiatives and scaled strategies to ensure customer health
• Become an expert in the AI search space and large language models
• Multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover
• Partner with Account Management to align value delivery with commercial goals
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting for mid-market customers
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and demonstrations
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with quantitative data
• Ability to own processes end to end with strong project management skills
• Experience in the search or marketing industry
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
