Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for marketing, digital, PR, and integrated agencies
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews to identify opportunities and address risks
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across agency teams and their clients
- Multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in agencies in an account management role or within a top-tier brand marketing department
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for building customer relationships
- Ability to navigate challenges and ambiguity
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers
- Ability to own processes end-to-end and manage multiple simultaneous initiatives
