Engagement Manager, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to position Professional Services, ensuring Sales and Customer Success teams can articulate service value.
• Own pre-sales activities including customer discovery, solutioning, and proposal development for complex engagements.
• Lead discovery workshops and customer pilots to define business value and estimated delivery scope.
• Drive key metrics including service bookings, retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
• Incubate repeatable, AI-native customer solutions aligned with the Miro platform.
• Provide subject matter expertise and oversight to project teams during the full engagement lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or service delivery experience at a SaaS company, working with Fortune 500 clients.
• 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large services engagements.
• Experience leveraging AI, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to enable customer solutions.
• Strong background in change management and leading organizational transformations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MCP and low/no-code tooling.
• Experience with collaboration tooling and product/service development workflows.
