Engagement Manager, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor for positioning Professional Services with customers
• Own pre-sales activities including customer discovery, solutioning, and proposal development
• Lead customer discovery workshops and pilots to articulate business value
• Be accountable for service bookings, retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction
• Incubate repeatable, AI-native customer solutions aligned with the Miro platform
• Provide subject matter expertise to Consultants to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage multiple strategic clients and mitigate risks to customer success

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or service delivery experience at a SaaS company
• 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales environment shaping complex engagements
• Experience with AI, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
• Strong background in change management and organizational transformation
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MCP and low/no code tooling
• Familiarity with collaboration tooling and product/service development workflows
