About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an advisor for positioning Professional Services with customers
- Own pre-sales activities including customer discovery, solutioning, and proposal development
- Lead customer discovery workshops and pilots to articulate business value
- Be accountable for service bookings, retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction
- Incubate repeatable, AI-native customer solutions aligned with the Miro platform
- Provide subject matter expertise to Consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage multiple strategic clients and mitigate risks to customer success
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting or service delivery experience at a SaaS company
- 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales environment shaping complex engagements
- Experience with AI, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
- Strong background in change management and organizational transformation
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MCP and low/no code tooling
- Familiarity with collaboration tooling and product/service development workflows
