Engagement Manager, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive ProServe bookings and revenue growth
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and commercial constructs
• Lead customer-facing workshops and executive presentations to define engagement scope
• Serve as the single-threaded owner for engagement success, including scope, timeline, and budget
• Manage engagement financials including margin, utilization, and revenue recognition
• Partner with AWS Account Managers and Solution Architects to pursue joint opportunities
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of professional services opportunities

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT/Management Consulting or technology sales experience
• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT services engagements (cloud migration, AI/ML, etc.)
• Experience developing and closing professional services deals and SOW creation
• Strong program and project management skills
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Deep understanding of the Taiwan enterprise market landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning)
• Experience in Semiconductor, FSI, or Manufacturing ecosystems
• Experience with large-scale migration programs
• Familiarity with generative AI (Amazon Bedrock, RAG architectures)
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
