Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Discover customer business initiatives and design delivery programs related to modernization, cloud adoption, and AI enablement
• Lead discovery, solutioning, estimation, and commercial negotiations to convert initiatives into Professional Services bookings
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success organizations to execute growth strategies
• Manage the Professional Services pipeline for bookings and revenue forecasts within your assigned region
• Articulate the business value of professional services to both executive and technical stakeholders
• Work with the practice team to develop repeatable assets such as proposals, SOWs, and templates
• Transition agreed-upon project scopes to the delivery team to ensure successful implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services sales, consulting sales, or quota-carrying technology roles
• BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in enterprise software sales
• General knowledge of databases, including RDBMS, SQL, and NoSQL
• Knowledge of software architecture and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Kubernetes
• Experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to scope and estimate complex projects
