Responsibilities

• Design tailored client adoption playbooks, including change-management approaches and stakeholder maps
• Execute adoption initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption
• Act as a strategic advisor to guide legal teams toward maximum value from Legora
• Drive sustained value through success plans, enablement, and value reviews
• Orchestrate engagement across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and GTM
• Partner with GTM teams to identify and realize expansion opportunities
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering roadmaps

Requirements

• 3-6 years in management consulting, customer success, or account management
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech
• Proven track record of designing and delivering change-management programs in complex organizations
• Experience driving adoption and retention with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
• Strong program and project management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage environments
• Data-driven mindset focused on customer health and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within legal, compliance, or other highly regulated industries
• Ability to learn complex domains exceptionally fast
