Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact onboarding for new SMB customers to ensure a quick path to value
• Drive product adoption at scale by using data to proactively identify and engage customers
• Own account health by tracking usage to detect risk and balancing high-touch with scaled approaches
• Solve problems fast by supporting users and coordinating with technical teams
• Systematize successful processes to design a scalable approach to Customer Success
• Champion the customer voice by surfacing trends and collaborating with Product and Sales to shape the roadmap

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer or stakeholder-facing role
• Background in Consultancy, Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, or entrepreneurship
• Fluency and innate curiosity regarding AI and its practical applications
• Confident communicator capable of guiding customers through AI adoption
• Understanding of revenue-driving environments and hitting targets
• Systematic, resilient, and motivated mindset
