Responsibilities
- Own commercial account strategy for Mercor's staffing business across application layer companies, neolabs, and enterprises
- Partner with enterprise and startup customers to understand needs and drive strong staffing outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with operations and product to translate customer demand into successful delivery
- Bring structure to ambiguous situations and help shape playbooks as the business scales
- Act like an owner for this segment and scale this business into significant eight-figure revenue run rate
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, staffing, consulting, or another highly customer-facing, revenue generating role
- Proven success in a closing role
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort working across both startups and enterprise customers
- Charismatic, high-energy communicator who can influence senior stakeholders

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with real ownership
