About the Company

Medra is building the foundational layers of a Physical AI Scientist platform, featuring AI that can operate scientific instruments with human-level dexterity and analyze results to close the loop autonomously. Our team consists of mission-driven engineers from companies like Tesla, Amazon, SpaceX, and Neuralink.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship from pre-sale through post-sale, deployment, and expansion
• Embed with customer teams to assess pain points, understand scientific workflows, and identify requirements
• Translate business objectives into clear deployment roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria
• Move between high-level strategy and execution-level detail to map engineering activities to goals
• Design, track, and optimize customer success metrics
• Build deep relationships with executive sponsors as a strategic thought partner
• Develop scalable playbooks for customer engagement and integrate feedback into product development

Requirements

• Technical background in Bioengineering, Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computational Biology, or Biological Sciences
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in management/strategy consulting, biotech BD, or technical deployments
• 3+ years of experience working in a biological research lab (academia or industry)
• Technical fluency in scientific wet lab workflows
• Track record of leading complex, high-stakes customer engagements
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
• Strong communication skills with executive presence
• Ability to excel in ambiguous environments with minimal structure

Preferred Qualifications

• Past experience working at early-stage, high-growth startups
• Past experience working with robotics, hardware, or software engineers
