Engagement Manager, Life Sciences

Responsibilities

• Own life sciences engagements end to end including pilots, deployments, renewals, and expansions
• Translate customer goals into execution plans, clarifying scientific objectives and technical requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineers, researchers, and customer stakeholders
• Build trusted customer relationships as the day-to-day engagement lead
• Turn delivery into repeatable playbooks by capturing learnings and identifying patterns

Requirements

• Experience managing complex technical, scientific, or enterprise customer engagements
• Strong project management and customer communication skills
• Ability to learn AI/ML and life sciences concepts quickly
• High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in engagement management, solutions, consulting, or implementation for technical products
• Familiarity with pharma, biotech, computational biology, or drug discovery workflows
• Experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, or developer tools
• Track record of growing strategic accounts through strong delivery
