About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the global adoption of Legora for a book of major law firms and corporates
- Lead onboarding and implementation alongside Legal Engineers
- Proactively drive product adoption and usage through structured enablement and tailored success plans
- Act as a strategic advisor to uncover new use cases and help teams realize maximum value
- Identify expansion opportunities and lead adoption initiatives to realize them
- Monitor customer health metrics to reduce churn risk and drive retention
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate client feedback into actionable insights
- Help build and refine the Customer Success playbook
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion in the Enterprise space
- Hunter mentality with a focus on finding growth opportunities
- Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated/complex industries
- Strong project management and onboarding experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- High EQ and strong commercial instinct
- Ability to work in-office 5 days a week in London
