Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the global adoption of Legora for a book of major law firms and corporates
• Lead onboarding and implementation alongside Legal Engineers
• Proactively drive product adoption and usage through structured enablement and tailored success plans
• Act as a strategic advisor to uncover new use cases and help teams realize maximum value
• Identify expansion opportunities and lead adoption initiatives to realize them
• Monitor customer health metrics to reduce churn risk and drive retention
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate client feedback into actionable insights
• Help build and refine the Customer Success playbook

Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech
• Proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion in the Enterprise space
• Hunter mentality with a focus on finding growth opportunities
• Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated/complex industries
• Strong project management and onboarding experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• High EQ and strong commercial instinct
• Ability to work in-office 5 days a week in London
