About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for Mid-Market firms or corporates
  • Design tailored client adoption playbooks, including change-management approaches and stakeholder maps
  • Execute adoption initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption
  • Act as a strategic advisor to understand client goals and legal workflows
  • Drive sustained value through success plans, enablement, and value reviews
  • Orchestrate engagement across GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams
  • Partner with GTM on commercial moments to ensure seamless handoffs and identify expansion opportunities
  • Translate customer feedback into product roadmap and positioning insights

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Background in consulting or transformation with experience delivering change-management programs in complex organizations
  • Experience building client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and retention with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in legal, compliance, or other regulated industries preferred
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High EQ and ability to lead boardroom conversations
  • Data-driven mindset focused on customer health and outcomes
