About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for Mid-Market firms or corporates
  • Design tailored client adoption playbooks, including change-management approaches and stakeholder maps
  • Act as a strategic advisor to guide legal teams toward maximum value from the Legora platform
  • Drive sustained value through success plans, enablement, training, and value reviews
  • Orchestrate engagement across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Partner with GTM teams to ensure seamless handoffs and identify expansion opportunities
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Background in consulting or transformation with experience delivering change-management programs in complex organizations
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and retention with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech preferred
  • Experience in legal, compliance, or other regulated industries is a plus
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset focused on customer health and outcomes
