About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for Mid-Market firms or corporates
  • Design tailored client adoption playbooks, including change-management approaches and stakeholder maps
  • Execute adoption initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption
  • Act as a strategic advisor to guide legal teams toward maximum value from the platform
  • Drive sustained value through success plans, enablement, and value reviews
  • Orchestrate engagement across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Support teams
  • Partner with GTM to identify expansion opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs
  • Translate customer feedback into product roadmap actions

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in management consulting, customer success, or account management
  • Background in consulting or transformation with experience in change-management programs
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and retention with enterprise clients
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech preferred
  • Experience in legal, compliance, or other regulated industries
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills for boardroom and hands-on team interactions
  • Data-driven mindset focused on customer health and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
  • Ability to learn complex domains exceptionally fast
