About the role
Responsibilities
- Own engagement and lifecycle end-to-end, including activation, retention, re-engagement, and win-back programs.
- Act as a force multiplier for the Head of Growth by turning strategy into shipped initiatives and closing operational loops.
- Manage the growth operating cadence, including sprint planning, daily health reviews, and weekly priority setting.
- Analyze funnel and cohort data to decompose drop-offs, size opportunities, and build defensible business cases.
- Connect growth initiatives to unit economics, prioritizing work based on LTV, payback, and contribution margin.
- Work hands-on with AI-native tooling, dashboards, and programmatic campaign systems using SQL and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate across analytics, creative, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in growth, strategy, consulting, product, or lifecycle marketing.
- Exceptional analytical horsepower with fluency in funnel metrics, cohorts, and LTV/CAC.
- High ownership and agency with an operator's bias toward shipping and chasing numbers.
- Proficiency with SQL and spreadsheets to build lightweight analyses and models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex analysis into crisp recommendations.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-context environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB), consumer tech company, or DTC brand.
- Ambition to eventually take ownership of a product line and manage a P&L.
