Responsibilities

  • Lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for Enterprise clients.
  • Design tailored adoption playbooks, including change-management approaches and stakeholder maps.
  • Execute initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to understand client goals and legal workflows.
  • Drive sustained value through success plans, enablement, and value reviews.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional engagement with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap insights.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in management consulting, customer success, or account management.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering change-management programs in large organizations.
  • Experience building client-level transformation roadmaps.
  • Experience with high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech.
  • Experience in legal, compliance, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience steering senior stakeholders through significant organizational change.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on customer health and measurable outcomes.
