Engagement Manager, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Design tailored client adoption playbooks, including change-management approaches and stakeholder maps
• Execute adoption initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption
• Act as a strategic advisor to legal teams to maximize value from Legora's AI capabilities
• Drive sustained value through success plans, enablement, and value reviews
• Orchestrate cross-functional engagement with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
• Partner with GTM teams to identify and realize expansion opportunities
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap insights

Requirements

• 5-8 years in management consulting, customer success, or account management
• Proven track record of designing and delivering change-management programs in large organizations
• Experience building client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech
• Experience working with legal, compliance, or other highly regulated industries
• Strong program and project management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments
