About the Company

Cradle offers a software platform for AI-guided discovery and optimization of proteins, enabling biologists to design proteins faster and at scale. The company serves clients across biopharma, biotech, agri-tech, food-tech, and academia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-sale success across global biotech and pharma customers from onboarding to broad adoption
• Define and track portfolio-level success metrics and ROI for senior stakeholders
• Establish and lead steering committees to align customer stakeholders
• Identify growth and renewal opportunities by understanding customer budget cycles and R&D roadmaps
• Partner with Account Executives to expand footprint across new business units
• Coordinate with Scientific Advisors to ensure smooth project initiation and resource allocation
• Manage multi-workstream engagements across Science, Product, and ML teams
• Capture and communicate customer feedback to drive product and service improvements
• Design training and education initiatives to empower scientists on the platform

Requirements

• Deep understanding of biopharma R&D workflows
• 5–7+ years in enterprise client-facing roles (program management, consulting, or customer success)
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Strong relationship-building and executive presence
• MSc or advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field
• Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS deployments
• Familiarity with services commercials including SOWs, budgeting, and resourcing
• Experience with machine learning applications in life sciences or biotech
