About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and govern large-scale, multi-stream Digital Customer Experience (DCX) transformation programs end-to-end.
- Establish program governance frameworks to ensure alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with CxO-level stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Lead cross-functional, global delivery teams and oversee project managers to ensure effective execution.
- Support business development efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and business case development.
- Drive commercial oversight to ensure the profitability and financial performance of engagements.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics to ensure realization of tangible business benefits and ROI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs.
- Proven expertise in Digital Customer Experience (DCX) across marketing, sales, commerce, and service domains.
- Extensive experience engaging with and influencing senior executives at the CxO level.
- Demonstrated success in program delivery, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Agile/SAFe methodologies and modern delivery frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud ecosystems and major CX platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, SAP).
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing program financials and profitability.
