Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT and Cloud projects, managing large-scale client programs and high-revenue engagements
• Maintain and develop relationships with CxO-level stakeholders, business leaders, and vendors
• Monitor project quality and maintain a high-level overview of all deliverables
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and financial status to ensure successful delivery
• Motivate and inspire project teams through strong leadership and communication
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts

Requirements

• HBO or WO degree
• Proven experience managing IT and/or Cloud-based projects
• Strong experience in project and program planning, budgeting, and financial management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2, IPMA, or PMI
• Practical experience working within Agile environments
• Professional fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel as required by client needs
