Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire life cycle of a consulting engagement, leading day-to-day work and managing teams of 1-6
• Identify pressing strategic and structural issues and develop hypotheses for client engagement
• Create and maintain project team work plans, including data-driven analyses and delivery of recommendations
• Lead change management by managing expectations and shifting employee mindsets
• Orchestrate cross-functional coordination between development, creative, quality, and leadership teams
• Build trustworthy, transparent, and collaborative relationships with senior client executives
• Facilitate client workshops and decision-making processes
• Identify opportunities for follow-on or new client engagements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, ideally from a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Proven experience in transformations within the travel industry
• Track record of coaching clients and case teams to measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated project management skills in a client service environment
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication skills for building senior client and team relationships
• Ability to produce high-quality, client-ready work on tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
