Engagement Manager, Analytical Consulting

Responsibilities

• Build and lead all aspects of project workstreams
• Provide project teams with clear direction
• Manage project plans to meet all client deliverables
• Develop relevant pricing and market access strategy using analytics
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Lead client meetings and manage expectations
• Ensure work products contain accurate and correctly cited data
• Mentor and train analysts and consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with academic excellence
• 3-5 years of consulting or business analytics experience in healthcare (pharma, biotech, medical device, or diagnostics)
• Experience in global pricing and market access within healthcare consulting or pharma
• Proficiency in Payer, Provider, and Patient analytics using Rx/Mx Claims and Formulary insights
• Strong MS Office literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams and synthesize data outputs
• Experience working with various data assets including claims, formulary, and patient services data
• Strong coding and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic concentration in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Business
• Master's degree or PhD
• Experience synthesizing insights from primary and secondary research
• Experience directing primary research with stakeholders such as payers and physicians
