Affordplan is a category-leading Health-Fintech platform. Our mission is to drive financial access for patients through our product, Swasth, and enhance operational efficiency for providers through our supply chain platform, PROCALYX™.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Pharma and Med-device companies, ensuring long-term engagement and successful partnerships at the CXO level.
- Analyze consumption data and manufacturer performance metrics to develop tailored, high-value use cases.
- Lead the onboarding and guidance of new partners to ensure maximum platform usage.
- Work closely with Product and Hospital Key Account Management teams to refine platform offerings.
- Monitor and drive the platform's financial performance (P&L) at the individual manufacturer level.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen manufacturer relationships.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Product, Marketing, or Strategic Account Management within Pharma or Medical Device companies.
- Proven experience in B2B business development and CXO relationship management.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device supply chain dynamics, pricing models, and GTM strategies.
- Expert ability to track and leverage manufacturer performance data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree is highly preferred.
