About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Pharma and Med-device companies, ensuring long-term engagement and successful partnerships at the CXO level
- Analyze consumption data and manufacturer performance metrics to develop tailored, high-value use cases that drive sales penetration and platform transactions
- Lead the onboarding and guidance of new partners to ensure maximum platform usage
- Work closely with Product, Hospital Key Account Managers, and internal teams to refine platform offerings based on partner feedback
- Monitor and drive platform financial performance (P&L) at the individual manufacturer level
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen manufacturer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Product, Marketing, or Strategic Account Management within Pharma or Medical Device companies
- Proven experience in B2B business development and CXO relationship management
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical/medical device supply chain, pricing models, and GTM strategies
- Expert ability in data analysis and reporting to drive platform adoption
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
