Affordplan’s product Swasth enables its partner hospitals to drive more engaging patient life cycles while helping patients save on their medical bills. Affordplan works with 100+ hospitals across the country and is present in 20+ cities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Pharma and Med-device companies to ensure long-term engagement
• Analyse manufacturer performance and develop data-backed use cases to improve engagement and transactions
• Onboard and guide Pharma and Med-device companies through the onboarding process
• Work closely with Product and Hospital KAM teams to enhance manufacturer engagement
• Manage month-on-month P&L at the manufacturer level to ensure financial performance aligns with business goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on market trends and supplier challenges

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Product or Marketing role within Pharma or Medical Device companies
• Proven experience in B2B business development and CXO relationship management
• Strong ability to track, interpret, and leverage manufacturer performance data
• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical device ecosystem and supply chain dynamics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 college
• Background in Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• MBA degree preferred
